These terms say what Sunavi gives you, what it costs, and how you stop it whenever you want. Written plainly, so you read them once and know where you stand.

Who provides the service
Sunavi is provided by Esmeralda Petrela, Tirana, Albania. For anything at all, write to sunavi@sunavi.app.
What Sunavi is
You give your date, time and place of birth. Your chart is calculated in two systems, Western and Vedic, and then you see when the main periods fall.
The focus is timing: when something happens and what to expect, never who you are.
The more exact your birth time, the more reliable the chart.
This is not professional advice
This is the most important thing on the page.
Sunavi is not a doctor, not a lawyer and not a financial adviser. The readings are something to think with, not instructions to act on.
- For your health, talk to a doctor. Do not delay an appointment or stop a medication because of a reading.
- For money, contracts or anything legal, talk to the relevant professional.
- If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, contact your local emergency service straight away.
Your decisions remain yours.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to subscribe.
The account is yours alone. Do not share your password with anyone.
The details you give need to be true. With the wrong date or time, everything calculated from them comes out wrong.
The fourteen free days
Every new account gets fourteen free days. No card is needed to start them, and you pay nothing until you decide to.
When they end, you either subscribe or carry on with the part that stays free.
Price and payment
Four euros a month, or forty euros a year. VAT, where it applies, is included in that price, so you pay exactly the amount you see.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number never passes through Sunavi and is not stored here.
The subscription renews itself at the end of each period until you cancel it.
How to cancel
In the account menu, at any moment, without asking anyone and without giving a reason.
When you cancel, your access stays until the end of the period you have paid for. You do not lose days you have already bought.
Refunds
The fourteen free days exist precisely so you can try everything without paying anything.
If you were charged by mistake, or something did not work as it should, write to sunavi@sunavi.app within fourteen days of the payment and you get your money back.
If you live in the European Union, the consumer rights your own country gives you remain in full, and nothing in these terms takes them away.
What stays free
The Today page stays free forever, after the free days end and even if you never subscribe.
Fair use
Sunavi is written for you, not to be passed on.
- Do not sell the readings or present them as your own work.
- Do not try to extract the texts with automated tools.
- Do not use the service to mislead other people.
Who owns what
The texts, the interpretations and the calculation engine are Sunavi's work and are protected by copyright.
Your birth details and the notes you write are yours. You can take them or delete them whenever you want.
Changes to the service
Sunavi is still being built. New parts get added and older ones can change.
If the price changes, you are told by email beforehand, and the change applies only to periods that follow. You have time to cancel before it takes effect.
When an account closes
You can delete your account at any moment from the account menu. Everything belonging to you goes with it.
On the other side, an account can be closed if it is used to damage the service or other people. In that case the unused part of the paid period is returned.
Liability
Sunavi is provided as it is. The calculations are done carefully and with professional ephemeris data, but astrology is not guaranteed prediction. No reading promises that something will actually happen.
The service can have technical interruptions and maintenance periods.
Liability is limited to the amount you have paid over the last twelve months. This does not affect liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
Sunavi is run from Albania.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the mandatory protection of the law where you live stays in full, and nothing here removes it.
Changes to these terms
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. For changes that genuinely affect you, you will be told by email.
