- Something is not working. Say what you were doing and what you saw. If you have a screenshot, attach it: it saves half the conversation.
- Subscription, payment, refund. If you were charged by mistake or something did not work as it should, write within fourteen days of the payment and the money comes back.
- Your data. You can ask to see what is held about you, correct it, get it in a file, or delete it. One email is enough.
- A reading with Esmeralda. Personal readings are not part of the subscription and are booked from the readings page.
- Anything else. Write freely.
